Airnet Networks provides digital OTT subscription services. As our services are delivered electronically, there are no physical products or shipments involved.

Service Delivery

• Once your payment is successfully processed, your selected OTT subscription plan will be activated and delivered digitally.
• Activation details (such as login credentials, activation links, or confirmation messages) will be sent to the registered email ID and/or mobile number provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

• Most plans are activated instantly after successful payment confirmation.
• In rare cases, due to technical issues or partner verification, activation may take up to 24–48 hours.

Non-Delivery

• If you do not receive your subscription activation details within 48 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at support@airnetnetworks.com or call [Customer Support Number].
• Our team will resolve the issue promptly and ensure your service is delivered.
